Welcome to the website of Anjaneya Swami Seva Trust (Hanuman Mandir). By using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

1. Acceptance of Terms

The services provided on this website, including online seva bookings, donation logging, volunteer registration, and general information about the temple, are subject to these Terms & Conditions. The trust reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Seva Bookings & Pujas

  • All online seva requests are subject to confirmation based on the receipt of the specified donation amount.
  • Devotees must provide accurate details (Name, Gotra, Nakshatra) during booking to enable priests to perform the Sankalpa correctly.
  • Cancellation of booked sevas must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be treated as non-refundable donations.
  • In-person attendance is optional; sevas will be performed on behalf of the devotee regardless of their presence.

3. Online Donations & Payments

  • All donations made to the trust via UPI, bank transfer, or office cash are voluntary and non-refundable.
  • Receipts will be generated only after successful verification of the uploaded payment transaction screenshot or reference number.
  • The trust is not responsible for transaction failures, incorrect account transfers, or delays caused by third-party payment systems/banking networks.
  • For claiming tax benefits under Section 80G, the donor must provide their PAN card details at the time of declaring the donation.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, all materials on this website, including texts, designs, layouts, graphics, photos, and video content, are the intellectual property of Anjaneya Swami Seva Trust. Reproduction, duplication, or copying of any content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

5. Devotee Code of Conduct

Devotees visiting the temple in person are expected to respect the sanctity of the shrine, maintain silence, follow guidelines set by coordinators, and dress modestly in traditional attire. Disruption of temple activities or offensive behavior on the premises will lead to removal.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

This website is provided "as is" without any representations or warranties. While we strive to maintain the accuracy of temple timings, seva rates, and news updates, we do not warrant that the site will always be available or that the information provided is entirely error-free.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of this website or trust activities shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
